We are searching for a Cincinnati-based Field Service Technician to directly service equipment at customer locations in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair and preventative maintenance of a wide variety of commercial coffee equipment.
- Ability to travel overnight for multi-day projects, possibly several days per month.
- On-site customer training on machine operations, troubleshooting, and brand overview.
- Installation of marketing signage, coffee vessels, and coffee products delivery.
- Daily documentation of each job for inventory and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory to support equipment service needs.
- Work in-house on equipment repair and refurbishing when not in the field.
- As needed help in a variety of areas including operations, production and warehouse.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
Training, Pay and Benefits
- In-depth training with the National Service Manager for the first 6 months to ensure mastery of technical skills.
- Field training on installation, troubleshooting, and customer service.
- Full time hourly position with 40 hours per week at $20+ / hour, with possible overtime.
- Paid vacation two weeks per year.
- Six national holidays paid time off, plus one additional float holiday.
- Unpaid time off with approval.
- Company vehicle and tools provided for field service calls.
- Company credit card provided for per diem expenses for overnight trips.
- Company uniform shirts, and allowance for pants provided.
- Payroll is run every two weeks.
- Reports directly to the National Service Manager.
