Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
Location: Mason, OH
Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour

Nixco Plumbing is seeking a motivated Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mason, OH. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are organized, and take pride in delivering top-tier customer service, this could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in keeping our service team running efficiently—dispatching technicians, coordinating schedules, and supporting office operations. You'll also work closely with our service team and office manager to ensure we continue to deliver the honest, expert service our customers expect.

What You’ll Do:

Dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently, optimizing routes and reducing downtime
Communicate clearly with customers, providing updates and resolving questions
Support daily office operations: manage customer databases, process payments, and assist with reporting
Ensure technicians have accurate job details and adjust schedules as needed
Track job progress and help with follow-ups like rescheduling or coordinating parts
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Schedule:

This is an in-office position at our Mason, OH location.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Bring:

Strong communication and organizational skills
A team-player attitude and the ability to multitask
Experience in dispatching or customer service (preferred)
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software (preferred)
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
