About the Role: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally, personally, and financially within a supportive and forward-thinking company.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in a home service business call center is preferred.
• Proficiency in using ServiceTitan is highly desirable.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Adobe, and general computer skills.
• A professional, positive, and energetic attitude.
• Dependability, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
• A friendly, outgoing demeanor with a strong ability to present oneself well.
• Exposure to the plumbing industry is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Schedule service calls efficiently and effectively.
• Collect and accurately input customer information into our system.
• Maintain our service database by updating information using service tickets.
• Prepare service invoices correctly to facilitate smooth processing in the Payroll Department.
• Enter data into our Estimation program.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support company goals.
