Yoga for the INFLEXIBLE Workshop ? Kim March 9 1:30-3:30pm Yoga is for everyone...Especially the inflexible!! If you would like to begin a yoga practice, step into a class & see what it's all about, stretch & move to gain flexibility, improve balance & enhance your cardio or daily workout routine and begin to reap the endless benefits of yoga...this is the workshop for you! The physical side of yoga wasn?t developed for or by people who could do the splits and put themselves into knots. It was developed by people who started connecting to their body through movement and enjoyed it so much they spent more time moving and discovering their body?s full potential. As a result they became stronger and more flexible. The discipline and practice of yoga will help enhance flexibility & strength, it will free you and your body from habits that have built up over time, opens and frees the mind, releases tension and stress from the busy lives that we lead.
