Women's Self Protection Workshop
Description
Specialized self defense and empowerment workshop for women ages 12 and up. Bring three friends and you train for free! Spend an afternoon learning how to stay safe and strong both inside and out. A wonderful bonding experience for Moms and daughters or friends and co-workers. Taught by professional black belts with over forty years of experience.
