This series creates a platform for engaging conversations with influential women leaders who are shaping the future of the region, while fostering meaningful connections and impactful dialogue.

Building on themes from the Summit’s keynote presentation, the series is structured around pillar: Female Firsts – Dames of the Decade. Each event showcases speakers whose stories and insights align with the theme, providing a cohesive and empowering experience for attendees.

Heléne is the founder and Group CEO of Credo Growth, a company that helps leaders and teams unlock their full potential.

Heléne is an Advance Coach and Leadership Facilitator, a personality profiler, an expert in behavioural psychology, the holder of an honours degree in Industrial Psychology and a TEDx speaker.

With more than 15 years’ experience developing people and high-performing teams, she has worked with a range of businesses from start-ups to blue-chip companies across 6 continents. Her obsession with high performance has created a deep understanding of the impact of inter-team dynamics, leadership and how to get her client's team members to work better together.

In 2021 she published her first book, Ditch Mediocrity, which empowers leaders to develop their own teams. 

Heléne is a member of Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and serves on the Regional Council as an EO Accelerator Expert, where she plays a pivotal role in helping start-ups scale their businesses. She is also involved in developing entrepreneurial skills in high school students.

When she’s not working, Heléne enjoys quality time with her husband and twin girls, and she absolutely loves travelling and spending time in the ocean, free diving, scuba diving, paddling and camping…absolute love for red wine.
