Transforming Your Leadership Style
Description
This workshop will analyze the Full-Range Model of Leadership including Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership, and Laissez-Faire Leadership. Take part in group discussion and personal inventory analysis in the area of multi-leadership factor questions. Lunch will be provided.
