This year there is going to be a new twist for our annual open house event!!!

We are going to have an all day experience full of make-and-take classes, education about our bodies, self-care and meditation!

Below is a list of classes and start times. Each is approx 30-40 mins & we will have a series during the day and again in the evening so you can pick the time that works best for you!
