Norms of Policing: Being involved in an interaction with law enforcement can be an experience that heightens an individual’s stress and anxiety. In this Safety Workshop, City of Mason Police Officers will help residents understand what to expect during a traffic stop, crash or other law enforcement interaction. Participants will gain practical tips on how to respond safely, communicate effectively and navigate these situations. This program aims to create positive, respectful interactions for both community members and officers.
