Description
This seminar discusses two major areas of concern: How to Implement Better Supervision and How to Walk the Leadership Talk and Generations.
1. We will discuss the importance that supervision plays in increasing morale and reducing turnover. Improving your supervision also accounts for good hiring practices and two way communications. Other items addressed in this presentation is avoiding favoritism, recognizing achievement, and rewarding by fair pay practices.
2. The leadership area will cover great leaders in our time and how we can achieve to be like them and learn from their experiences. Leadership is mostly about listening rather than talking, which is so critical in today’s society. The ABCDE’s of communication will be covered in detail. Not only is leadership within the leader, but preparing others to lead the team.
3. This day and age, generations are a large factor in the workplace and managing them to achieve quality results can sometimes be difficult. The four generations will be discussed in detail about how they view the workplace and how to manage each generation. There will be valuable resources handed out during the presentation.
