    Description
Informal Support Group for those caring
for someone with a Memory Disorder
for someone with a Memory Disorder
Priscilla Groh, CDP, is the Founder and President of Cheering for Charity Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help those and their caregivers with Alzheimer's and other memory disorders.
Priscilla cared for her mother who had Alzheimer's for 9 years until she lost her battle in 2008.
"Alzheimer's disease is life-changing for both the patient and those who care for them. This dreadful disease robbed my mother of her identity, and took my family through a terrible journey. I understand what you are going through because I have been there."
Please join me as we:
- Exchange practical information on caregiving problems and possible solutions
- Talk through challenges and ways of coping
- Share feelings, needs and concerns
- Learn about resources available
