Description
If you are a small business owner, you are probably spending more time than you ever imagined on hiring and managing your team. HR can be a headache, especially for a growing business. From reviewing systems and culture to reducing turnover and orienting new hires.
During this one-hour introduction to human resources for business leaders, we will start with a risk review that focuses on key areas within HR that may represent risks for your organization including Foundational, Workforce Management, and Strategic.
Focusing on the Foundational elements and assessment results, participants will begin to be able to understand, prioritize, and evaluate HR practices and walk away with at least 3 HR objectives for their organization.
