Nancy will be discussing ingredient labeling for all types of products. Buyers need to beware of what they are buying. Learn how to be a better shopper. What does Non GMO mean? Gluten Free? Ingredient purity Is organic good enough. How much sugar is really low sugar. Is diet anything OK? Why are you always hungry and grabbing the wrong foods? Lots more.
