Free Yoga Day at Drishtiq Yoga

Join us on July 20th for a free day of yoga classes! Each class will be 50 minutes beginning at 8 am until 4:30 pm.  

Bring your friends and family! There will be complementary mini-massages, physical therapy consultations and MORE!  Stay tuned for more details & sign-ups!!

Here is the line up for the Free classes July 20th: 

• 8:00am - Hot Vinyasa Flow with Amy K.
• 9:15am - Alignment Flow with Amy V.
• 10:30am - Modified Ashtanga with Deb
• 11:45am - Hot Power Yoga with Amy F.
• 1:00pm - Hatha Flow with Lennice
• 2:15pm - Warm Vinyasa Flow with Susanna
• 3:30pm - Yin Yoga with Stephanie
