This seminar is being put on for Group Rating member companies and for companies who had a workers' comp claim in either 2013 or 2014.
This seminar meets the requirements of the 2-hour training requirement for employers who are required to attend a 2-hour safety training class who had a claim in either 2013 or 2014.
Please register no later than 3 days prior to the seminar.
OSHA is very active and they have significantly increased the number of inspections,
citations and penalties. OSHA is cracking down even more. Beginning January 2015 if
your company has an employee who is injured and has to be admitted to the Hospital
for treatment you will have to notify OSHA within 24 hours. This will result in many
more companies being subjected to an OSHA inspection.
This seminar is a great opportunity to become familiar with the following:
