"Privacy and Data Security for Every Business." Matthew Bakota of Buckley King LPA will discuss why businesses must take action (1) to address mandatory privacy and data security obligations that may apply to them, regardless of size or industry, and (2) to keep their electronically-stored, proprietary business information secure and protected under the law. Mr. Bakota will provide an overview of essential steps for action, including the implementation of a business written information security program (WISP).
