The Mason Deerfield Chamber, in collaboration with the Women Business Leaders MADE Advisory Council, is committed to fostering equal representation in leadership positions throughout the MADE region. We aim to provide both personal inspiration and practical application to individuals at all stages of their career and personal growth. One of our annual events is the Leadership Summit, where we invite regional speakers to share their insights and create an experience filled with inspiration, networking, and rejuvenation.
 
The Women Impacting Mason-Deerfield Annual Leadership Summit is a high-energy, half-day experience designed to celebrate, connect, and elevate the women shaping our region’s future. As the cornerstone of the She Builds annual program, the Summit brings together women business leaders, entrepreneurs, community advocates, students, and allies for curated networking, interactive roundtable discussions, and the launch of the She Builds Marketplace—a women-owned business showcase highlighting the innovation driving Mason-Deerfield’s economy.

The Summit is anchored by a keynote conversation with Lisa Woodruff, Founder and CEO of Organize 365. A pioneering educator, entrepreneur, bestselling author, and 2024 Cincinnati Entrepreneur of the Year, Lisa has helped millions of women reduce overwhelm, clear mental clutter, and build sustainable systems that support both life and leadership. Her practical insights, humor, and real-world experience set the tone for a morning of inspiration and action.
