Adding Power to your Practice ? Jill March 23 1:30-3:30pm Adding power to your yoga practice adds breath to movement, while igniting the body and quieting the mind. Though the practice incorporates sequences in each class, the poses within the sequences may vary. Adding power addresses both physical and mental fitness. During this workshop you will explore your limitations and create new thresholds to explore both physically and mentally. This practice challenges you and gives you the tools you need to obtain your goals.
