Outside the Office with Tina Sandhu

At the MADE Chamber, our team is passionate about creating opportunities for businesses to connect, collaborate, and grow. In our Outside the Office series, we're introducing the people behind the Chamber who help make it all happen.

Next up is Tina Sandhu, who plays a key role in planning events and supporting our members behind the scenes!

Meet Tina

What's your role at the Chamber?
"Managing and overseeing events while supporting the team wherever needed."

Tina joined the MADE Chamber team in August 2025 and brings a passion for building relationships, creating memorable experiences, and making every event a success. From coordinating logistics to ensuring members have a welcoming experience, she's always looking for ways to help people connect.

A lifelong Mason resident, Tina is proud to serve the community she has always called home. She graduated from the University of Dayton, where she developed a passion for mental health advocacy and peer support. During her time there, she helped launch CO-Pilots, a peer education initiative focused on mental health awareness, connection, and student well-being. That experience strengthened her leadership, communication, and collaboration skills—qualities she now brings to the Chamber every day.
