Business Development & Production, Friday Threads

What do you love most about being a MADE Chamber Ambassador?
  • I LOVE people – meeting so many people and making connections with lots of different companies! I love it when someone is looking to connect with a certain person or company and I can make the connection. It's like a runner’s high for me (and I don't run).

Tell us about your business or role in one sentence.
  • Friday Threads is a custom apparel company in Mason dedicated to helping businesses showcase their brand through high-quality decorated apparel through screen printing, embroidery and digital printing.

What's your favorite MADE region spot (coffee shop, restaurant, or hangout)?
  • Big toss up - I have many great options. I would say Sonder Brewing is my favorite for get-togethers. Love their outdoor space.

What's one fun fact people might not know about you?
  • My passport was thrown away before an international vacation. My husband and I had to drive to Detroit for an emergency passport appointment to get a new passport and they only schedule those appointments within 2 weeks of the vacation. STRESSFUL! But St. Maarten was BEAUTIFUL as always.

What's the best piece of advice you've received in business or life?
  • Your best customer is the one you already have. A lot of companies chase new clients and forget the goldmine they have already built. Treat each customer as your best customer.
