| Bird Watching for Beginners Bird watching and being in nature have many positive health benefits, including lowering blood pressure, anxiety, and stress. Learn all the skills and tips you need to get started with this wonderful hobby at our Intro to Bird Watching class led by expert Laura Stanton, educator from the OSU extension. The class will be held Thursday, 9/14, from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. The class begins in the Kingswood Activity Center, then heads outside to try out the tips you learned! Register Here! |
