About Us
Advocates for Business, Education & Community Service. Incorporated as a 501(c)(3) September 30, 1969.
APC is a non-profit, non-partisan organization interested in the economic and social progress of Warren County. It is devoted to the study, investigation of ideas and actions in these areas to benefit Warren County and Southwest Ohio.
Think Regional SouthWest Ohio has a rather unique vision … that economic and community development can be enhanced and accelerated by counties and commercial development organizations working together on a collaborative rather than a competitive basis, ultimately benefiting communities in the region. We seek to facilitate an inclusive and integrated approach to “making the pie bigger” for the benefit of the region as a whole.
Think Regional works to bring together representatives from the 15 counties in our region, and from many business, commercial and local government groups, to identify needs, issues and actions that can be taken to facilitate and accelerate beneficial development activities. We focus on helping to achieve 3 key goals … Economic growth, more higher-paying Jobs, and improved Quality of Life. To achieve these goals, we focus on encouraging and supporting collaborative actions on 6 key issues: Transportation and Energy Infrastructure; Skilled and Educated Workforce; Entrepreneurial and Small Business Support; Cross-Government Collaboration to Support Development; and Quality of Life issues, such as affordable housing, safe neighborhoods, and good schools.
Join us at our annual Summit the last Friday each April.
