Join me and at Sterling Seraph downtown Mason for a complimentary class to break down some of the most common postures, instructions, language, styles, and more! Come with your questions, a mat if you have one, otherwise we will have extra, comfortable clothes and an open mind!! This will be a very informal workshop style session to teach you what to expect in a yoga class!!
