Description
Learn best social media practices and social media analysis for organizations. Miami Regional faculty member Tom Mays (Business Technology) will share strategies for using social media to better reach target audiences or potential customers. Jeffrey Kuznekoff (Integrative Studies) will share how organizations can analyze and react to social media content using NUVI, a social media analytic platform.
