This educational discussion will focus on the evolution of negotiation andfocus on how to "Blueprint a Negotiation": -allow you to best position your solutions, your value and build your relationships without the usual significant hit to your profit margins -apply the blueprint to an actual live negotiation that you are already involved Professional negotiation has never been more critical than it is today. Yet, how successful are you? Clearly, the buying/procurement side of the best is far more prepared and successful in negotiation that than the selling side. What is your response? Negotiation has evolved. No longer is negotiation defined as a skill and use of tricks and manipulation, especially if you hope to maintain a healthy, long term relationship with client. Professional negotiation today is a best practice blueprint that focuses on the process, not the tricks of the past.
