Bright Smiles Community Outreach Coalition, founded by Dr. Turab Rai, will host a Free Dental Extraction Clinic at Franklin Dental Care & Dentures. The clinic is designed to help community members access needed dental care at no cost. Patients will be evaluated by dental professionals to determine whether an extraction is appropriate.
