The Joy Factor Program Presented by Jep Hostetler, PhD. He is an author and inspirational speaker whose presentation, "The Joy Factor", leads audiences to discover new joy and enthusiasm in their daily work, lives and realtionships. The Joy Factor is filled with laughter, fun and a fresh view of how to find and increase the joy in daily life. Joy is a choice!
