Emily joined the Firm in 2007 with two years experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and corporate transactions. Prior to joining Graydon Head, Emily worked for the largest firm in Butler County, Ohio.
Emily assists her clients with the management and transmission of assets during their lifetime, and with the creation of succession plans for their businesses. She also administers estates and trusts, which involves the preparation of state and federal estate tax returns, and coordination with any surviving spouse, fiduciaries and beneficiaries to complete the probate process. Emily has also spoken on the topic of the Ohio Trust Code at local seminars.
Emily is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida, where she received her Juris Doctor. She earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.
Emily is an active member in the Firm's Women's Professional Development Group and Community Service Team. She currently resides in West Chester, Ohio.
