Dave Edmundson has been performing one kind or another of folk music in southwest Ohio since the mid ‘60s. He was part of the Hot Mud Family bluegrass group in the 1970s. He currently resides in Glendale. Jerry Kathman enjoys playing roots music on his guitar and six-string banjo. For years he headed the LPK branding firm in Cincinnati. He is the newest member of the ensemble. Jonathan Levy, Director of Miami’s Institute for the Environment & Sustainability, has been playing harmonica for longer than he’d like to admit and enjoys playing blues, rock reggae, bluegrass, folk, funk or anything else that comes his way. Allan Winkler taught History at Miami for 29 years. His last book was a biography of Pete Seeger. In the last half dozen years, he has performed in Helsinki in Finland, Nairobi in Kenya, and Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.
