Corporate Sponsor: $750

Includes: One Foursome - Hole Sponsor - Banner Listing at outing - Sponsor recognition gift.

Lunch Sponsor: $500.00

Beverage Cart Sponsor: $500.00

Hole Sponsor: $200.00

Golf Registration: $125.00

Dinner only (non-golfers): $35.00

Golf registration includes 18-holes, cart, lunch, and dinner.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after June 11th. Golf outing is rain or shine.
