This role is currently remote but is anticipated to become a hybrid role (half in Mason, OH office, half remote) in the Fall 2022. 

What You Can Expect to do Day to Day

Communicate directly with hospitals, field-based sales reps and internal staff to facilitate the overall support function for the sales team

  • Handle phone calls from field personnel and customers
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and maintain customer relations
  • Complete administrative tasks and input customer information into databases for documentation
  • Order processing
  • Provide technical support
  • Inventory management (field based personnel)
  • Provide monthly reports
  • Draft and assist with proofing customer contracts and agreements  

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of customer service related experience
  • High level of accuracy of data entry
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
  • Effective and creative problem solver
  • Familiarity with MS Office Tools
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
