Weights For Women
Are you someone who want to learn strength training but doesn't know where to start? Lifting weights can be intimidating to do, especially in a commercial gym atmosphere. Weight for Women is a small group fitness class that focuses on learning and mastering the compound lifts. We will focus on form, mobility, and also learn techniques to safely spot one another. On Monday evenings we will focus on lower body, while on Wednesdays we will focus on the upper body. We will also spend a portion of class working on accessories and isolation movements.
