Each class will be 45 minutes long (with the exception of the kids classes) beginning at 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. Here is the line up for the Free Yoga Day: 8:30am - 9:15am Slow Flow & Meditation with Cissy 9:45am - 10:30am Hot Vinyasa Flow with Amy V 11:00am - 11:20am Little Yogis (3-6 yr old) with Katie 11:40am - 12pm Yoga for Kids with Katie 12:30pm - 1:15pm Power Vinyasa Flow with Jill 1:45pm - 2:30pm Vinyasa Flow with Deb 3:00pm - 3:45pm Warm Vinyasa Flow with Susanna 4:15pm - 5:00pm Yin Yoga with Lennice Reserve your spot early - go to the classes tab - choose the date March 1st and register for the classes you want to attend!
