SUMMARY:Miami University Regionals Bookfest for Children
DESCRIPTION:Two student led organizations at Miami University Regionals' Middletown Campus\, Students Engaging in Real Volunteer Efforts (SERVE) and Circle K\, invite the community to attend the 3rd Annual BookFest. \n\n\n\nIn order to promote literacy in our community\, this event gives away books to local school children and their families. Many campus offices have partnered with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library (Women Living United - Middletown Community Foundation) and MidPointe Children's Librarians to expand the event to include several other literacy-related activities such as a reading corner\, the MidPointe bookmobile\, games\, activities\, and crafts. Refreshments will also be provided free of charge.\n\n\n\nALSO NEW THIS YEAR: Join in the book exchange - please bring a new or gently used children and youth books that you no longer need or use to share with others.
