DESCRIPTION:HOMEARAMA  is the registered trade name for the single-site new home showcase produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. The 2018 show will mark the 55th year for the new home showcase. HOMEARAMA  regularly attracts thousands of enthusiastic Cincinnatians. HOMEARAMA  2018 will feature ten (10) homes and a variety of architectural styles. The homes will range in price from $1\,000\,000 to $2\,000\,000 plus. This year's show is being sponsored by JP Flooring Design Center and Semco Outdoor.\n\n \n\nDeveloped by Highlands One\, LLC\, Highlands at Heritage Hill is a beautiful community in Union Township\, Warren Country in the highly ranked Kings School district. Highlands at Heritage Hill provides large heavily wooded home sites designed to preserve trees. It includes a pool and community area with garden\, fishing pond\, playground\, sports fields and wooded hiking trail. It is close to Kings Island\, TPC River's Bend Golf Course\, Little Miami bike path and the world's largest YMCA\, Countryside YMCA. Neighboring Landen\, Kings Mills and Mason also provides plenty of options for dining\, shopping and entertainment. \n\n                                            \n\nImportant Show Information\n\nThere is no charge for parking as the ticket price includes on-site parking. Concessions by Vonderhaar's Catering will be available at the HOMEARAMA  Caf  at Highlands at Heritage Hill. Restrooms are available on site. Numerous events are being planned for this year's show. All events will be listed on the HBA's website closer to show time at www.cincybuilders.com. No strollers\, wagons or child backpacks with metal frames are permitted in the show homes. No pets\, with the exception of service animals\, are permitted within the show site.

LOCATION:I-71 North to Kings Mills exit\, right off the exit\, left on Columbia Road\, left at bottom of hill on Mason-Morrow Millgrove Road\, immediate right back onto Columbia Road. Entrance on left - 1 mile.
