Susan McCord\, Director of Career Services for the UC MBA program\, will be talking about Career Development:-Changes in the job market in the last 10 years.-What hiring managers are looking for now (that they weren't before)-"Must haves" and "nice to haves" for resumes This is not just for people looking for a job!  This is for forward thinkers (or people who need help being forward thinkers) with an eye on their future\, either in their current company or elsewhere.
