DESCRIPTION:Connections MADE: Meet & Eat is Mason Deerfield Chamber's popular networking event and offers lunch provided by a rotating member restaurant or venue. During the meeting members have a brief opportunity to introduce themselves and their business to the group\, connect with new members\, and expand their personal and professional networks. The last four years she has reached Masters Level\; one of the top five BDMs in the company\, and is on track to achieve this for 2023. \n\n \n\nShe attributes her success to having a great team of recruiters and a corporate office with "family values" based on honesty\, integrity and excellent service to clients and people.\n\n \n\nAfter graduating from Ohio University\, Rhonda found that sales/business development was her niche. She has a true passion for helping people and businesses achieve their best. She consistently strives to exceed customer expectations\, which makes her a great business partner. This along with a strong work ethic has helped her achieve the high goals she sets for herself.\n\n \n\nRhonda's parents instilled a true love for life! Always told "there is nothing you can't do\, so go do it!" She is very creative and enjoys painting\, crafting\, music and anything outdoors. She and her husband Dave are always into something\; boating\, 4-wheeling\, camping or remodeling another house! Tagging along is their Bulldog\, Bubba Bo and holding down the fort at home are their cats Arthur\, Gooter and Yeller. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nDianna Knudsen\, Edward Jones\n\nHelping people achieve wellness has always been Dianna Knudsen's professional goal. After completing her master's degree in occupational therapy\, she worked in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry for nearly 10 years. While Dianna has a passion for helping others achieve physical wellness\, she saw an even greater opportunity to help others achieve financial wellness and transitioned to Edward Jones in 2015. Today\, her focus is to partner with clients in 26 states to uncover their most important financial goals and create customized strategies to achieve them. \n\n\n\nDianna and her Branch Office Administrator\, Lisa\, take a holistic approach to understand their clients. They work to remove financial jargon\, educate and simplify the process so that clients can focus on their personal lives and loved ones. Their clients have a desire to learn\, plan\, grow and to partner together to achieve and protect their goals. Dianna and Lisa offer an in-depth\, transparent appointment process to identify where you are today\, where you want to go and if there are any gaps keeping you from getting there. \n\n\n\nOur office is supported by industry-recognized analysts and strategists with the latest technology\, all dedicated to helping you achieve your goals for financial security. \n\n\n\nWhen Dianna is not working with clients\, she and her husband\, Seth\, chase our young kids\, Carter and Angela. They enjoy teaching their kids the value of teamwork and sportsmanship through their various youth activities and volunteering for school events. They spend time visiting family in Minnesota and North Dakota throughout the year. Dianna is also an avid hiker and enjoys hiking Colorado's tallest peaks.\n\n\n\n \n\n\nJenny Sanchez\, Oasis Senior Advisors\n\nJenny Sanchez is the owner of Oasis Senior Advisors in Mason\, OH. She is a nationally accredited Certified Senior Advisor\, and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She has a lengthy background in Senior Care and Hospice and has a strong team with over 60 years of combined experience working with seniors at all care levels\, and she specializes in navigating options for Alzheimer's\, other dementias\, and memory support. \n\n\n\nJenny sits on the board of a local non-profit\, Community Aging Resource Experts (CARE)\, and actively participates in their ongoing community education across Greater Cincinnati. She is also an active committee member and previous Chairperson for the Butler and Warren Counties Walk to End Alzheimer's with the Alzheimer's Association and committee member for The Giving Voice Foundation\, providing local Dementia programming.\n\n\n\nIn her current role\, she assists seniors and their families who need help navigating options for senior care and senior living. Often\, those families are in crisis mode and quick decisions must be made. Jenny's relationships with local hospitals\, skilled nursing facilities\, assisted living communities and home cares make the process less burdensome on the families in the moment of crisis. \n\n\n\nJenny has four adult daughters\, a son attending his first year of college\, and a 21-month-old granddaughter living in Houston\, TX. \n\n \n\nShe has owned her business in Mason four years and been involved in the Chamber most of that time. Jenny currently has a team of five working for the Mason office\, and they cover all of Butler and Warren County. She has colleagues who also cover the rest of Cincinnati\, the state of Ohio\, and 127 locations across the U.S.
