SUMMARY:Career Pathways and Local Labor Market Trend

This data is essential to identifying 3H careers (high wage\, high skill\, high demand). This session will allow local district teams and advisory councils to explore the power of their comprehensive\, local labor market data in relation to their existing or planned career pathway offerings. SREB representatives Joe Tadlock\, Director\, Research and Accountability and Allyson Morgan\, Director\, State and District Partnerships - will demonstrate how educators can use labor market data to develop in-demand career pathway options by comparing salaries and benefits\, identifying skills gaps\, training needs\, and anticipating future changes and challenges
