The Mason Deerfield Chamber\, along with the Women Business Leaders MADE Advisory Council\, is dedicated to providing personal inspiration and practical application to promote more equitable representation of leadership in the MADE region - at every career level and all stages of personal growth. Each year we host the Annual Leadership Summit and bring in regional speakers to create a day of inspiration\, connections\, and rejuvenation.
\n\nA time for leaders in the community to gather together for a half-day event where they will build their networks and listen and learn from a panel of subject-matter experts about a specific topic. Future summits will each focus on a specific topic of interest including: mental health/work-life harmony\, gender pay gaps\, negotiating raises\, and more. In 2022\, individuals are invited to experience a keynote session and roundtable discussions on the topic of \;mental health - specifically avoiding burnout and finding a work-life harmony.
\n\nThe event will serve as a time of collaboration\, synergy\, and unity. A hot breakfast buffet will be provided to attendees.
