Nazarene University.  He is a Certified Sherpa Coach.  At Sherpa Coaching\, he works as an executive coach support specialist\, and teaches the Executive Coaching Certifications.  Mr. Ho is an expert in the design and development of corporate training.  He develops content for Penn State\, Texas Christian\, the University of Georgia and Miami University\, and private clients US Bank and Toyota.  Prior to Sherpa Coaching\, he spent nine years with Proctor & Gamble as North American Corporate Trainer\, Manager for Global Product Initiatives\, and a Steering team member for inclusion and leadership development of Asian minorities.
