Tom has earned an Associate\, Bachelor and Masters Degrees\, all with the focus on Engineering and Industrial Training. Tom has spent half of his career in Education & Training\, working at the two year college level\, and the other half in the private sector working for companies such as General Electric\, AMF and Rockwell Software.
