DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, September 29\, 2012\, Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties will hold their First Annual 5K Run & Walk for Hospice at Smith Park in Middletown\, Ohio.  Registration begins at 8:30am\, and the 5K begins at 10:00am.  Door prizes and Team Awards are presented immediately following the event.  All proceeds will benefit patients and families served by Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties.  This fundraising event will draw hundreds of participants\, who may register as individuals or as teams.  Adult registration is $25\, and youth (7 & under) is $15.  Teams are determined by the number of participants: \n\n\n\nRuby Team (5 Walkers)\n\nSapphire Team (15 Walkers)\n\nDiamond Team (25 Walkers)
