Mason Deerfield Chamber announces Leaders are MADE Class of 2023

The Mason Deerfield Chamber is pleased to announce the 2023 class of Leaders are MADE participants. This select group of 19 accomplished and diverse women represents a cross-section of professionals from the corporate, small business, and education sectors. Led by the Chamber’s Programs and Member Services Manager Stephanie Chelf, the program kicks off in August 2022.

“We are so excited to offer this unique leadership experience to women in the MADE region. The participants learn about their own leadership styles while creating an alumni network that will serve and support them for years to come,” highlights Chelf. “Building a reliable network of people is a huge part of women's leadership and I am honored to work alongside these incredible individuals.”

Those selected for the 2023 Leaders are MADE program will be equipped in the four core competencies of self-management, effective communication, leadership capacity and business acumen. They join a legacy of building and strengthening the pipeline of women leaders who help maximize local talent and continue to propel the success of our region.

Over the course of the 11-month program, participants will be immersed in key topics, including work-life harmony, gender pay gap, and problem solving in half-day seminars, discussion groups, conversations with subject matter experts, and the Chamber’s two signature events. They will work as a group to develop critical thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
